NYG 24, BOS 21

The Pats headed south down I-95 for a matchup with the Jints in the House that Ruth Built.  The lead exchanged hands a number of times with the Pats thinking they locked the game up with 6:10 remaining on a Taliaferro to Sellers 26 yard strike.  Alas, that was not to be as the hometown Jints rallied to go 80 yards in 13 plays culminating with a 1 Alex "the Chief" Webster TD plunge.  Athough sacked 4 times, Y.A. Tittle was able to turn the clock back with an incredible (20-36-373-2TD) performance.  Frank Gifford also sipped from the fountain of youth with a 7 grab day that amassed 152 yards and 1 TD.  Boston (3-1) falls from the ranks of the unbeatens as the G-men moved to 2-1-1.
